"Unveiling the Latest Additions: A Closer Look at the New Counters in Boots Belfast"

Boots is the now the UK's equivalent to Sephora. (According to Tik Tok.) The flagship store in the City centre has over 30 counters and are home to over 500 beauty brands. We have someone for everyone, let me, a Boots Beauty Specialist, introduce you to some of the new counters that have came into store this week.

1. NARS

Starting off strong, we have welcome THE stunning Nars counter with open arms. Yes, that is the brand with all the quite crude names. (You can't really ask your granny for the orgasm blusher for Christmas now can you?) Working as a beauty specialist, I think I've been asked about Nars at least once a shift. I am very glad it has finally came into store. Nars has some gorgeous products that I think are worth every single penny and if you are wanting to try any of the products. Here are just some of my recommendations:

Of course the ICONIC! 'Orgasm Blusher' this is the UK's favourite. It is genuinely beautiful and it is a type of pink that will suit any skin tone or season. The shade comes in a powder form and in a liquid form. If you are going to try something from this brand, try this blusher. Promise you will fall in love. (If not, eat, you're hangry.)

The 'Crystal' pressed and loose powder. I got a little set for Christmas from Nars and it was a lip balm and a travel size of the pressed powder. I couldn't believe how silky and brightening the powder was. It wasn't until I went to work on Saturday, I didn't realise that the brand was doing a loose powder of this shade. I used it during my makeup and fell in love with it. I have never felt a powder that is as silky and as blurring as this one is. It does not crease in the eye and does not look chalky.

The lip balm, this is the same lip balm that I got in the set at Christmas. It is hydrating and I use it as a lipstick when going to my full time job and as a base for my beauty specialist job. The range of shades that are now on the counter which again, I didn't realise they had done. My apple pay sweating as I test the new shades on my wrist.

Lastly, The Climax mascara. Incredible! Lengthens and doesn't clump your eyelashes. I have only ever had a mini, travel sized one but I loved every time I used it. I also used it on the makeup I had on Saturday. It is probably the next mascara I will buy. (My mummy wonders why I don't have any savings.)

2- ARMANI BEAUTY

Armani beauty has also came into store this week. I know! Boots is really evolving. This has your luminous silk foundation. This foundation was my go-to for a while, it is flawless on your skin and looks natural but gives that airbrushed effect. I will put the picture of the makeup below that I have talked about because I used this foundation. It makes your face appear as though there is a filter on it. Armani is apart of the L'Oréal brand. (YSL, Lancôme, Urban Decay to name a few, so you know this brand is nothing but premium quality.)

Armani have the iconic power lip lipstick range. I feel as though I am a child in a sweet shop looking at all the shades. I am a little boring when it comes to lipstick. I love a pink/red lip liner with a lighter pink in the middle, topped with a gloss, nothing too out there. A browny/red in the Winter months. Armani shade 202- Splendid, I will be all over it when the weather gets colder again.

The beautiful Jen was in my chair on Saturday. (To give a visual for what I was talking about.)My favourite part of my job is being a MUA. I just love love love it! It brings me nothing but joy!

!PREMIUM HAIR IS NOW IN BOOTS!

Nobody can say that Boots is outdated. Premium hair is now in Boots and it is thriving! I have mentioned before in one of my first articles, about not knowing much about hair and haircare. Since that statement, I have been fortunate enough to have gone through haircare training with work and will continue to do so. I am now not completely clueless on it. In store we now have Ouai, Philip Kingsley and Bumble and Bumble is now back in store.

3- OUAI

Ouai haircare is perfect for the 'Clean Girl' aesthetic. The counter is stunning and you beige loving girlies will be all over it. I honestly didn't want to touch the testers because they looked so perfect. The scalp serum looks incredible and all the products smell divine. I need a pay rise to be able to buy all these. If you are on Tik Tok, you probably have seen this brand whilst scrolling on your, 'For You Page.' There are lots of reviews and I have been persuaded to buy some of the products (The hair serum 100%) A review for that will be underway soon. Look out for that!

4- Philip Kingsley

Philip Kingsley is also in store. Any Audrey Hepburn fans? Did you know, the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Deep Conditioning Treatment was originally created for the award-winning actress? Reviews are saying that this product is nothing less than amazing. The product is clinically proven to reduce the breakage in the hair by a whopping 46% and that is only from the first use of the product. The product adds moisture to the hair giving it a gorgeous shine. It is now a permanent residency.

5-Bumble and Bumble

Bumble and Bumble is back and better than ever. It was in store before and it didn't do well. It wasn't a loss when it went. However, I do believe that Bumble and Bumble was before it's time. People weren't really wanting to spend a lot of money on expensive shampoos and conditioners. Now, it is every hair care lovers dream with all the ranges.

Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Range - Perfect for Hydration

Bond Building & Heat Shield Range- Strength

Curl Range-Hydration for curly/ coiled hair

Illuminated Blonde Range- Brightening Blonde Hair

Surf Range- For Texturizing the hair.

Thickening Range-Volumizing

I definitely will be investing in the Illuminated Blonde Range for my hair. My hair goes brassy really quickly and doesn't stay as blonde for long. Let's see if this range helps. If not, I may just pull a Britney Spears and shave all my hair off. (I'm already tempted!)
